Love Is Love Weddings​

Congradulations on your engagement!  This is such an exciting time in your life: a time when two lives make that important decision to unite as one.  My part in your wedding celebration is to collaborate with you and create a ceremony that will act as the beginning of the next chapter of your lives.  A ceremony you will love and remember forever.

My name is Missy Lundeen.  I am an Ordained Minister through American Marriage Ministries.  I love weddings.  They are beautiful, heartfelt, intimate and say so much about a couple.  To be included as a guest to witness the abundance of love is incredible.  I've attended several weddings in my life.  Those of family and those of friends.  Those that were small intimate gatherings and those that were large and extravagant.  I wanted to become more than just a guest.  I wanted to feel the joy of uniting two people who are inlove as one.  My calling was to become a Wedding Officiant.

My first wedding I officiated was that of a very close friend.  It was a beautiful, small gathering of close family and friends on the beach in New London.  The couple worked closely with me to create a ceremony that reflected who they were as individuals and as a couple.  I guided them in writing their personal vows.  We incorporated a meaningful sand and stone ceremony.  For my first wedding, it was everything I had ever imagined, and for the couple, it was one in which they will never forget.

I am happily married to my husband of  16 years and have 3 wonderful sons and a beautiful grand daughter.  I live in Ansonia, Connecticut with my family and our 6 rescues.  I am a part time volunteer with The American Red Cross and enjoy my spare time scrapbooking and planning.
